Party Planning Prices
“Petite Soiree” ~ Under 50 Guests
This is the perfect option for the client who desires to host a soiree worth toasting! This package offers the essentials needed to ensure that all of your pre planning is implemented on your event day. We will work with you in any capacity as needed; our services can include designing your party all the way to directing your party on the day of.
Services prior to your event date can include:
Meetings (either in person or via telephone)
- Addressing the details: your style, vendor duties and overall planning needs
- Onsite production meeting: review layout and timeline of event
Coordination:
- Provide internal itinerary to vendors
- Confirm all contracts and timing with vendors
Services on your event date can include:
- Production Manager service up to 6 hours
- 1 Event Assistant up to 4 hours
- Oversee set up of event space
- Supervise delivery and placement of décor, flowers and rentals while on site
- Coordinate and cue musicians for all those special moments
- Distribute any final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Arrange escort card table (pre alphabetized by client) if needed
- Place guest place cards and favors
- Coordinate with catering staff
“Party Perfect” ~ $2500.00 +
Our most popular party planning package amongst full service clients; this package is designed to cover all of your planning needs. We work with you from design concept, to selection of vendors to the final day: ensuring a perfectly orchestrated event!
Services prior to your event day:
Meetings (either in person or via telephone)
- Concept meeting (up to two hours): your style, vendor duties and overall planning needs
- Design meetings (up to ten hours): attend design related meetings that can include: stationary, flowers, décor design, rentals, lighting and favors.
- Attend final menu tasting
- Onsite production meeting: review layout and timeline of event
- Unlimited phone and email consultations
Coordination:
- Refer and set appointments with pre-screened Vendors
- Create custom financial reports for budget
- Create quote comparisons of vendors
- Provide internal itinerary to vendors
- Confirm all contracts and timing with vendors
- Provide etiquette advisement
- Provide transportation schedule
Services on your event day:
- Production manager up to 10 hours
- 1 assistant coordinator up to 8 hours
- Oversee set up of event areas
- Supervise delivery and placement of décor, flowers and rentals while on site

This package says it all: platinum service plan for a platinum production. All of the elements included from our party perfect package but so much more. Working directly with Rochelle Marie, we guide you through every facet of your event planning all the way to the production of your event.
Services prior to your Event Date: Meetings (either in person or via telephone)
- Concept meeting (up to two hours): your style, vendor duties and overall planning needs
- Design meetings (up to ten hours): attend design related meetings that can include: stationary, flowers, décor design, rentals, lighting, gifts, audio visual.
- Site tours or additional planning meetings (up to ten hours): attend tours of potential sites and or additional meetings for your needs.
- Personal Concierge services (up to four hours): Your choice of planning; outings, guest accommodations etc.
- Vendor meetings (up to ten hours): attends all service provider meetings with you.
- Menu Tasting/ Final Details Meeting (up to two hours)

“Essentially Yours” ~ $1500.00 +
Similar to a “day of” package, this package offers the essentials needed to ensure that all of your pre planning is implemented on your wedding day. We will work with you up to three months before your wedding, providing review of what you have already planned and manage your entire wedding day!
Services prior to your wedding day:
Meetings (either in person or via telephone)
- Concept meeting (up to two hours): your style, vendor duties and overall planning needs
- Onsite production meeting: review layout and timeline of event
Coordination:
- Provide pre-screened Vendor list
- Provide internal itinerary to vendors
- Confirm all contracts and timing with vendors
- Provide wedding agenda for bridal party
- Provide etiquette advisement
- Provide transportation schedule
Rehearsal
- Direct rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
- Collect items for the wedding day; guest book, toasting flutes, place cards etc.
Services on your wedding day:
- Wedding coordinator service sup to 10 hours
- 1 assistant coordinator up to 6 hours
- Oversee set up of ceremony and reception areas
- Supervise delivery and placement of décor, flowers and rentals while on site
